Steven Yuniver joined the Law Office of Mark Bratkovsky as an Associate member of the firm and focuses on the representation of corporate and individual clients in a wide range of legal matters.

 

Mr. Yuniver received a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Hunter College (CUNY). Mr. Yuniver then continued his legal education at Hofstra Univery School of Law, where he focused his studies on International Law and graduated with a Juris Doctor degree. During law school, Steven Yuniver served as a student advocate and represented political asylum applicants in immigration proceedings before Asylum Officers, Immigration Judges, and the Board of Immigration Appeals.

 

Before joining our firm, Mr. Yuniver spent several years as an attorney with a Brooklyn-based firm, where he assisted other attorneys with arbitration claims and cases dealing with trade secret misappropriation, breach of contract, defamation, fraud, retaliation, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, and race / age / gender / disability discrimination. Mr. Yuniver brings a wealth of experience in corporate litigation and business transactions. His expertise allows him to assist clients with the preparation and review of various types of business agreements, and enables him to represent business entities in litigation/legal proceedings.
